SHOULD I CHOOSE SSI OR PADI DIVING CERTIFICATION?

SSI VS PADI

Scuba Skills International (SSI) and the Professional Association of Dive Instructors (PADI) are the world’s leading training agencies for recreational scuba diving. Both are recognized, taught and accepted around the world. Both training organizations offer e-learning options, courses from Open Water – Instructor, and are regulated by the World Recreational Scuba Training Council (''WRSTC'').

But how do you know which is right for you? The main difference you will see as a student is the teaching methodologies. With PADI all skills must be done in a set order to meet the PADI standards. SSI allows for flexibility when completing skills and they may be finished in the order that best suits the student. Give us a call today and we can chat about what might be best for you.
